Our Story
EAFM Consultancy Limited was established in 2020 aiming at providing a unique and comprehensive facility management services for real estate project from inception stage to completion. EAFM is also good at portfolios management on built environment to optimize its potential for future growth and sustainable development. The founder of EAFM, Sr Frederick Lai Chiu-cheong CFM, MHKIS, RPS(QS), HKIQEP has headed the Facility Management Department of the largest local bank of Hong Kong for over 26 years. With all rounded experience in corporate real estate from property strategy, real estate acquisition and disposal, space planning, communications infrastructure, building maintenance, testing and inspections, building administration, contract management, EHS(environment, health, safety), security, business continuity planning, managing renovations and refurbishments, EAFM might provide an one stop shopping for any property owner thinking of refurbishment and/or redevelopment to realize the underlying potential of the property. While bearing insights into the eco-approach, environmental friendly approach and e-channel approach facility management, these approaches are purposely embedded in the “EA” of the name of EAFM.
Our View
